Dr. James D. Boys to Address International Conference

Dr. James Boys
Richmond's IR Postgraduate Program Director, Associate Professor James D. Boys, will be presenting a contentious paper at this year's British International Studies Association Working Group on US Foreign Policy conference to be held at the University of Leeds.
Designed to be provocative and thought-provoking, the paper, "What's So Extraordinary About Rendition" will challenge the perceptions that are widely held about the practice and reveal hypocrisy in the public and media reaction to the policy as practived under President George W. Bush.
