Dr. Brown to Attend Conference

Dr Martin Brown will be attending a conference being held in Washington DC on 22-24 October, organised by the State Department, and entitled ‘U.S.-Soviet Relations in the Era of Détente, 1969–1976’. Proceedings will be opened by Secretary of State Dr Condoleezza Rice. Further contributions are scheduled form Dr Henry Kissinger and General Alexander Haig. Also in attendance will be a number of Russian Academicians, including Ambassador Konstantin Provalov.
