Dr. James D. Boys
The Director of Richmond's International Relations Postgraduate Program, Dr. James D. Boys, returns to the International Airwaves this evening to discuss the 50th anniversary of the election of President Kennedy. On this, the 47th anniversary of the president's assassination in Dallas, Dr. Boys will consider JFK's time in office, his legacy and the questions that continue to linger over his demise.
