Dr. James D. Boys, Director of Richmond’s post graduate International Relations program, returns to the international airwaves this afternoon to offer his insight into the British Government’s new foreign policy initiative. Announced this morning at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office by Foreign Secretary, William Hague, the policy seeks to re-establish British credentials with former colonial possessions, re-assert itself in Europe and chart a new relationship with the United States.

Dr. Boys is a regular commentator on Al Jazeera English, bringing thoughts and observations to millions of viewers worldwide. Dr. Boys also brings a personal insight to this event having met William Hague several times when he was leader of the Conservative Party in the late 1990s.
