Deadline for Withdrawal from Courses Spring 2011

Dear Students

The last day to withdraw from a course is Monday, 11 April 2011.

If you have received an attendance failure notice for a specific course, you must withdraw from that course by the deadline given above. If you do not withdraw, you will automatically receive an F grade for that course instead of a W. An F grade will lower your GPA and could result in you being placed on probation.

You can download a course withdrawal form from the following link: Course Withdrawal Form or pick one up from outside the registrar's office. Don't forget to get the form signed by your academic adviser, then take it to the registrar for processing.

If you are unsure about your attendance record in any course, or the attendance policy in place, then please request this information from your course instructor.
