Appointment of Dr Ian D C Newbould as the University’s 5th President

The Board of Trustees of Richmond, The American International University in London, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Ian D C Newbould as the University’s 5th President. Dr Newbould, an historian of Victorian Britain whose international experience includes a visiting fellowship at Wolfson College, Oxford and studying for his PhD at Manchester University, served previously as President and Vice-Chancellor of Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, Canada, and as President of North Carolina Wesleyan College in the United States. Dr Newbould holds dual Canadian and British citizenship.
