Trader and Co-Founder of Amplify Trading
On Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11, Canary Wharf based financial services company Amplify Trading co-founder and current managing director, William De Lucy, came to Richmond to provide students with a trading session. The session started with De Lucy lecturing about his personal expectations of the direction of the US economy. Following the lecture on macroeconomic fundamentals, De Lucy provided students with accounts to trade in the CQG trading platform, which is precisely the platform that many big financial institutions, amongst them J.P. Morgan, use to trade. Students traded future derivatives and forex for two hours.
