Read All about It! International Relations MA goes global
06/05/2010

Foreign Policy magazine
Richmond’s MA in International Relations will reach a new and exciting audience this month via advertising in the internationally acclaimed publication, Foreign Policy.
The advertisement, which runs on the all important back page of the publication, will bring the university and the program to the attention of policymakers, diplomats, academics and students all around the globe.
The program director, Dr. James D. Boys, fresh from his appearance on Al Jazeera, declared this to be an auspicious moment for both the University and the program. “As an international university, it is right and proper that we should be appealing to a global audience. As an MA in IR that is seeking to combine practical and theoretical elements, it is also appropriate that we appeal to policy makers and scholars. As we seek to move forward with an exciting and innovative MA within a caring and nurturing university environment, this platform will provide a wonderful launch pad for our efforts that will undoubtedly yield many benefits, some anticipated and, hopefully, others that are less foreseeable”.
Foreign Policy was founded in 1970 by Samuel Huntington and Warren Demian Manshel and is now published by the Slate Group, a division of Washington Post. It is also the premier, award-winning magazine of global politics, economics and ideas. Copies of Foreign Policy are available at all good retailers and on line.
