Mr. Nicola Caramia
Nicola holds an MBA from Colorado Technical University, a BSc. (Hons) Psychology from Birkbeck College University of London, PG Cert. Management Consulting from City University. His career includes 20 years experience in marketing and management at the Sheraton Hotel Group, The London Stock Exchange, Chateau de Vincy, (Switzerland), Ciga-Hotels (Italy), Valentino, Quentin Bell Public Relations Plc., JWT (Italy). A visiting lecturer in consumer behaviour and change management at the University of Liverpool, (MBA Program); strategic management and business psychology at London Metropolitan University, in addition to, his consulting practice in bespoke executive development and coaching. He also taught mass communication at Boston University (EUSA). He is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Research interests: psychoanalysis as a profession and its approach to individual and group behaviour; narcissistic personality type and brand identification in consumer behaviour.
