Mr Malcolm Berry

Adjunct Associate Professor

Malcolm Berry graduated in Physics from Reading University and then worked for three years as a computer programmer before taking a Diploma in Management Studies at Brighton University. He resumed his career in Information Systems, taking progressive roles as project manager, systems manager and subsequently DP Director at Trafalgar Management Services, part of the tour-operating group.

Following this period of employment, he took an evening MBA in Finance and Property at Cass Business School In parallel with this he was founding Managing Director of Blackberry Estates, a small residential and commercial property developer. He is now a founding Director in the family business, Easyoak Ltd, which specialises in residential refurbishment.

His later career as an independent consultant spanned twenty years, with over thirty clients in business, government and industry, including names such as ADAS, Cluttons, the Corporation of Lloyds and Glaxo Wellcome.

Malcolm is a Visiting Fellow at Henley Business School, where he teaches Management, Ethics, Knowledge Management, Academic & Professional Skills and has supervised graduate students enrolled in the Knowledge Transfer Partnership; a collaboration with Industry.

He also teaches International Business at Bucks New University and is Committee Member of the European Conference on Management Governance and Leadership and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management.
