Chris Hutton – General Manager
I am based in Richmond with overall responsibility for both campuses. I was born in Nairobi, Kenya and spent the early part of my life being educated in the USA and UK.
I have over 20 years catering experience and have travelled and worked in various parts of the world. From working on one of the most exclusive cruise ships in the world to showbiz restaurants, bars, and hotels.
My main hobbies are Theatre and the Arts and I have a passion for most types of food.
I joined Sodexo this fall, but have been at Richmond for two and a half years. The team here and I am looking forward to meeting you all.
Diana Bulbuc - Supervisor

Diana Bulbuc - Supervisor
I am based on the Richmond campus overseeing the running of all catering facilites on site.
I am Romanian and have been living in the United Kingdom for nearly 4 years.
I studied economics and accountancy at university in Brasov.
Before coming to Richmond I worked for a large French brasserie chain in the UK as an assistant manager.
I enjoy reading watching movies and long walks in the park.

Karen Kinsey - Executive Chef
I was Born in South Africa where I worked as a chef in various locations before moving to the UK.
I have worked on the Richmond campus since May 05.
When I am not working I enjoy travelling around Europe and the United Kingdom.
Diego Olivera - Chef Manager
Based in Kensington since October 08. Diego has come to us from from Brazil If you are based in Kensington & have any special dishes you would like to see on the menu, have a word with Diego, he will be happy to oblige.
