Transcripts & Replacement Diplomas

If you need a copy of your official transcript for applications for employment or graduate school, the Registrar’s Office will issue and mail it to the address(es) requested. All requests for transcripts must be signed by the alumnus/a. Use the downloadable form on this site to make your request and to send it to the appropriate address.
Lost your Richmond or your Open University diploma and need a replacement? The Registrar’s Office handles requests for both types of diplomas. Use the appropriate form for the type of replacement diploma you are requesting.
