Join / Update Your Information

Richmond's Alumni Association welcomes as members all graduates as well as students who have studied at Richmond for a year or more before transferring and all Study Abroad Students.

Each alumnus or alumna has his/her own individual profile in the alumni database.

Your profile is created by the Alumni Relations office at the time of your graduation (or departure from Richmond) using the information in the Graduation Information Form which you can find on the Forms for Academic Procedures page.

If you know that you already have a profile in the database, but have forgotten your password,click on the alumni home page or on the link below.

Before completing the Join the Alumni form, log on using your log in e-mail and password to see if there is already a profile for you on the web.

If you do not find one or know that you have never joined before, complete the Join the Alumni form on the web. Filling in this form without checking first may result in your having two profiles in the alumni database which complicates searches your friends make to find you.

If you already have a profile, update the information as needed and click the button at the bottom of the page. Please do not remove data that does not need correcting. This database serves as a record of our alumni from which analytical reports for accrediting agencies are regularly completed.
