Alumni who have lost their OU Degree Certificate can also order a replacement. The cost of a replacement OU Degree Certificate is GBP 40. Payments can be made in person at the Accounts office or by submitting your credit/debit card details on the Replacement OU Degree Certificate Form.
Please allow at least 4 weeks from receipt of your request to receiving a response from London.
